Hellbender Solutions

Solution #1 initiates the dismantling of mold residues and conjugate toxins by combining alkaline destabilization, enzymatic hydrolysis, metal chelation, surface tension reduction, and trace antimicrobial activity.

Each mechanism is enhanced by the others, creating a formulation that acts comprehensively rather than piecemeal. Used as the first step in the system, it prepares the contaminated surface for subsequent neutralization and protective treatments.

Solution #2 creates a mildly acidic environment that neutralizes residues left behind after alkaline cleaning, binds microbial fragments and toxins through electrostatic interactions, and supports antimicrobial action with both acetic acid and biopolymer mechanisms. Trace essential oils add antioxidant and antifungal activity.

Solution #2 plays a critical transitional role — stripping away what Solution #1 has destabilized and preparing the surface for the protective bioactive layer delivered by Solution #3.

Solution #3 establishes a protective, living barrier. The probiotic organisms actively compete with harmful molds, the mineral stabilizer extends both the physical stability of the formulation and the functional lifetime of the microbes, and the essential oil provides an additional antimicrobial edge.

The result is a bioactive residual that continues working long after application, lowering the risk of reseeding and making environments less prone to recontamination.
